Italpresse MDF Postforming Press GL/HD

This family of presses has been developed by ITALPRESSE specifically for postforming thin MDF panels (3-5 mm) with a dry hot cycle.

The main application of this technology is in the production of postformed MDF door-skins. The special technology utilizes high pressures and high temperatures to plastically form thin MDF sheets.

A special electronic pressing control is used to graphically set and monitor pressure cycles, to adapt the press to different MDF compositions and thickness.
