The single head vacuum lifter of series WH 232 SCP has an aluminum housing and a plastic handle which is equipped with a vacuum pump made of brass. The seal is made of special chloroprene and has a diameter of 232 mm, suitable to handle workpieces with structured surface. It is glued onto the aluminum base plate and can be easily exchanged in case of abrasion. The seal is equipped with a groove rubber support to improve the lifting performance in case of occurring lateral forces. By using the vacuum pump, the work piece is aspirated. The horizontal carrying capacity is max. 140 kg and the vertical carrying capacity is max. 80 kg. The single head vacuum lifter is delivered in a solid PVC case.
